Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes refund terms for paid subscription services (Pro plan) provided by EncorePlay (the "Company"). This policy complies with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.
1. Scope
This policy applies to users who have subscribed to the EncorePlay paid plan (Pro plan, ₩9,900/month). The Free plan does not involve any payment and is therefore not subject to refunds.
2. Free Trial
A 14-day free trial is provided when subscribing to the Pro plan. If you cancel during the free trial period, no charges will be made.
3. Billing Model
The Pro plan is billed on a monthly recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless cancelled by the user.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Subscription cancellation is handled directly within the app's Billing page.

- Users may cancel at any time without a separate request process.
5. Refund Policy
5-1. Within 7 Days of Payment — Automatic Full Refund
If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of payment, the full amount will be automatically refunded regardless of usage. No separate refund request is required, and processing is immediate.
5-2. After 7 Days from Payment — Auto-renewal Stop
- Auto-renewal stops from the next billing date.
- You may continue using Pro features for the remaining paid period.
- No prorated refunds will be issued.
6. Exceptional Refund Inquiries
Refund inquiries due to terms violations, improper charges, or other special circumstances may be submitted through the in-app feedback channel (Profile → Help/Contact).
7. Refund Processing Time
Automatic refunds are processed immediately. Reflection in your account may take 5–7 business days depending on the card issuer's policy.
8. Refund Limitations
Refunds may be limited in the following cases:
- Material violation of the Terms of Service
- Fraudulent payment attempts
- Repeated abuse of the refund process
9. Dispute Resolution
Matters not specified in this policy are governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, etc., among other applicable laws. Disputes may be subject to mediation by the Korea Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards and the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee.
